Green Moong Sprouts Chila
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a grinder jar take the green moong sprouts, grated cocunut, chopped ginger, and the chopped 3 green chillies. Add 1/2 cup of water and make a fine batter. Rest the batter in a bowl for 1/2 an hour.
* Step 2
Add rest of ingredients from to mix with the child batter.
* Step 3
Heat and oil a skillet. Make small chila with the prepared chila batter and cook both sides with a little oil in low medium flame.
* Step 4
Delicious moong sprouts chila is ready. Serve with chutney or curry. I served with yellow mutter (guguni subzi).
