Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash boiled potatoes without any chunks. Mix chopped coriander, cheese, onion,green chilli, ginger, salt and mix well.
* Step 2
Add the rest dry marsala powder. Pour hot ghee on the potato mixture to remove raw smell.
* Step 3
Roll on poppy seeds and flatten Aloo tikki. Fry both the sides in hot oil.
Serve hot with sauces/chutney.
