Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix oats, semolina, curd,salt and required amount of water to make a batter like that of 'Dosa'. Rest the batter for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile heat a pan on low to medium flame. Mix the chopped ingredients, chopped almonds and cumin seeds to the batter. Mix well.

* Step 3

Add 1/3 tsp of ghee to the hot pan and spread. Take a laddle of the batter and spread evenly

* Step 4

Cook both the sides and serve hot with subzi/chutney. I served with sahi dum Aloo. Thanks
