Schezwan Veg Biryani
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Saute the chopped garlic for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and fry for 1 minute.
Add the chopped veggies, seeds and tomatoes and stir fry in high flame for 4 minutes and take care to keep them crunchy, not overcooked.
* Step 2
Now add the schezwan sauce, peppercorn powder and salt. Mix well.
Add cooked rice now. Stir fry and toss the rice to mix well with sauce and veggies. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Schezwan veg biryani is ready to serve with gravy Manchurian /Raita of one's own choice.
