My this pink recipe is dedicated to the brave women who fought Breast Cancer with patience, calmness, and belief to get cured and to make aware others about this health issue with their own experience and counselling. An applaud for them.

Ingredient

butter/ghee

1 pinch

salt

50 gms

grated milk

as required

solid /mawa/khoya

1/2 cup

milk

2 tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a microwave-safe glass bowl take the grated beetroot and a pinch of salt. Mix well and cook in the preheated oven for 3 minutes. Heat the ghee in a wider wok. Cook the grated khoya on low flame till it softens. Now add milk, sugar, parboiled beetroots and dry fruits powder. Cook in low-medium flame till the mixture starts thickening.

* Step 2

Mix cardamom and nutmeg powder and cook till the mixture gathers like a dough.

* Step 3

Let the mixture cool down and make tasty Beetroot Burfi as you like. You can make in molds or by hands.
