DHOKLA in microwave
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix Besan and Sooji. Add water gradually little at a time to make a lump free batter with pouring consistency.
* Step 2
Add ginger, sugar, salt, chilli and lemon juice and mix. Cover the bowl and keep for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Grease the Oven bowl with oil.
Mix the Eno fruit salt with the dhokla mixture properly.
* Step 4
Shift the mix immediately to greased microwave bowl. Tap to release air bubbles.
* Step 5
Cover and cook in a pre-heated oven in high temperature for 4 minutes.
* Step 6
After 5 mins check the dhokla with a knife. Bring to a Plata and cut.
* Step 7
In a tadka pan heat oil. Add hing and rai to crackle. Then add curry leaves, Sesame seeds and crackle them. Fry green chilli. Mix 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp sugar. Let it boil.
* Step 8
Mix the tadka to cut dhokla and garnish with green coriander and grated Coconut. Serve yummy Dhokla to everyone.
