Green Paneer Kadi Dip
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make green paneer balls, take all it's ingredients. Mash nicely and make balls or any shape you like.
* Step 2
Shallow or deep fry the paneer balls from each side.
* Step 3
To prepare Kadi mix curd, fried besan, salt sugar and turmeric powder and mix in a mixer. Add water to reach the consistency you like.
* Step 4
In a wok heat oil, add hing, chilli, chopped Curry leaves and rai till spluter. Cook garlic till golden brown.
* Step 5
Add the curd mix and let it boil and cook for 2 minutes. Mix the green paneer balls and cook for 1 min.
* Step 6
This paneer balls absorb water and the Kadi will thicken.
