Chilli Mushrooms

This is favorite dish of many foodies. I have taken cultivated soft Mushrooms. You can take button mushroom also.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinaded chopped Mushrooms (made into balls) from all the sides till golden brown in low medium flame.

* Step 2

Remove Mushrooms balls from the pan....to the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilli...Fry for 1 min..

* Step 3

Add chopped onion and capsicum.... again fry for 1 min..

* Step 4

Add all sauces, masalas, Mushrooms balls and salt...mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact

* Step 5

Make sure to check salt added as we have used to marinade Mushrooms also.

* Step 6

Yummy yummy chilli Mushrooms is ready. Serve hot.
