Absolutely the quintessential & royal way to relish this DELISH, which’s actually derived from the very land itself and has vastly traversed & transcended its way, all across the globe...💁‍♀️

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First Up: Wash well & pat dry the fish pieces- Marinate it with the aforesaid ingredients & cover to set aside for about 30-45 mins time at least- Get ready with rest all other ingredients aforesaid to proceed with the next following steps to it

* Step 2

In a large & preferably, elongated dish- Prepare the Dry Flour Coating for the fish pieces- On the other hand: Prepare the batter for it to deep fry it authentically post layering/covering it with the Maida- The batter is authentically mixed in with the chilled Beer or similar Alcohol based drinks, however for the non-alcoholic people it’s not a good option- Hence, they can go for the chilled club soda or sparkling water for the similar outcome

* Step 3

Cover the batter once ready & set it aside for about 15-20 mins time while, we put the oil to be heated for our deep frying purpose: Now, in the interim when we’re all set for our Fish Fry, we need to deep fry the chips as well in two separate batches preferably

* Step 4

In the first round: We need to deep fry the thick potatoes sticks in the oil but make sure that it shouldn’t get any colour to its body by any means- Strain well just before that on a separate plate/dish, lined up with the kitchen tissues to keep it at rest for the time being

* Step 5

Now comes the turn for the Fish Fry: Coat the marinated fish pieces well enough with the dry flour batter all along & pat it nicely to get rid of the extra/lose flour from its body- Immediately, dip it into the prepared thick batter- Coat it nice & thick all over & get rid of the excesses & then, very gently & carefully dip it into the pan full of hot oil & fry on its each sides until dark golden browned

* Step 6

Strain it well in a lined up plate/dish to soak the excess oil from it & repeat the same process for the rest of the fish pieces accordingly- Once that’s done: In the same oil, once more now, fry the gently fried potato sticks (chips)- This time, it need be well fried until nicely golden browned & turn absolutely crispy & crunchy- Make sure that they just don’t turn out soggy at all

* Step 7

Our FISH & CHIPS is perfectly ready to be served hot now- Garnish it your own way & simply relish the DELISH with your choicest drinks or similar & it’s almost a wholesome meal in its own kind & is extremely filling & mind-body-soul satiating- Loved by not only the residents from the land but it’s equally famous & popular globally in its own way...💁‍♀️
