Spicy Thai Mushrooms & Shrimps with Basil

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First Up: Get ready with all the cooking arrangements in order to start on with the cooking process just under 10 mins time-
Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame & into it- Add in the cooking oil & then, in goes the finely chopped garlic & the chillies (paste/pounded) & sauté until fragrant
* Step 2
Then, add in the oyster sauce, soy sauce & the sugar (to balance its extremely spicy taste moderately), Fry together until absolutely smooth & shiny in its texture (for that just sprinkle a few drops of warm water into it while sautéing)
* Step 3
In goes the cup up mushrooms and some more water along with it & just a pinch of salt (keeping in mind, that the rest of all the ingredients used herein, has its own salt content levels)-
Sauté the mushrooms until softer & juicier
* Step 4
Heat goes off at this point: Toss it with some freshly chopped Thai Sweet Basil Leaves to incorporate its flavours, completely-
Serve it just hot with piping hot steamed rice or sticky jasmine rice or simply, as is- as the part of any meal

Garnish it with some more fresh Basil Leaves as its toppings & the extra flavouring agent…
