Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, cut it up into the Roundels & wash the Radish & pat dry as much is possible & set aside to let it rest & dry up even more
* Step 2
Now, in a mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients- Dry & Wet both and mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended
* Step 3
Whisk everything well together with a balloon whisker & Cover it & give it a little rest for about 5-10 mins time
* Step 4
Heat up a frying pan over the medium-high flame initially & just before dropping the batter coated radishes into it, reduce the flame to medium & then, coat the radish Roundels- Batch-wise & fry them into it until dark golden brown in colour
* Step 5
Strain them- Each batch and place them into a separate plate, lined up with a butter paper/kitchen towels or into any perforated plates or colander or Jaali types vessels- To soak & drain out the excess oil off it and rest until it’s all done
* Step 7
Time to plate them with your favourite Dips/Sauces/Chutneys and a hot cuppa to complete the total accompaniment in its entirety- You can very well treat your guests, friends and family with these at any point, all you need to have the access to the Radish, rightly
