Creamy Saffron Butter Sauce

This belongs to one of the most flavourful, enriching & delectable Spanish Cuisines… If such a sauce is prepared once- It can absolutely be very well blended with quite a few of such Spanish dishes- Both Veg. & Non-Veg. pertaining to their very cuisine.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

On the medium-high flame: Set up a heavy bottomed pan/saucepan, add in the Vinegar/Wine & the measured Saffron to it & mix everything well together until nicely blended

* Step 2

Let it come up to a boil- Reduce the flame & simmer it now, on the medium-low heat until its quantity reduces to the half- Time to add in the butter, salt, sugar & herbs- Mix everything well again to cook for another few mins time with the cover on

* Step 3

Now, add in the whipped cream or well whisked hung curd or any Non-dairy/Vegan Milk to it, mix everything well together until nicely blended & well combined- Also, add in the lemon juice at this point, checkout the seasonings

* Step 4

Cover it back & allow it to reduce in its volume quite substantially while showing up a shiny, smooth creamy textured mixture…Turn off the flame and allow it to rest on the hot oven itself for another a few mins time…

* Step 5

Transfer it to a desired serving platter- Garnish it your own way, if you at all choose to do so…if not using in any of your favourite dishes or just want to serve it as an enriching & gorgeous looking Sauce, on your DT….
