15-18 mins. Prep Time: 8-9 hrs.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First up: Peel off the skin and slice the bananas, comparatively a bit thicker slices (pics given) & transfer it to a ziplock bag or even an airtight container & freeze it for about 3-4 mins time
* Step 2
Then, take it out of the freezer- when it’s completely hard & frozen- Break them into the Chunks & transfer it to a blender jar & blend it to a thick & smooth paste/mixture, without adding anything to it at all
* Step 3
Next, add in the aforesaid measured ingredients: Honey & Vanilla Essence & once more blend it nicely to a smooth paste/mixture- This time, it’s texture will look absolutely smooth & silky
* Step 4
Time to transfer it to an airtight container & freeze it for at least 6-8 hrs time or best is always overnight- it can also be served with the minimal freezing, however the texture & consistency of it would be softer in that case (quite similar to a semi-molten ice cream), but that’s what we’re not looking out for
* Step 5
Finally, it’s ready to be enjoyed in no time now: Garnish it your very own way & Relish this DELISH absolutely GUILT-FREE
