Mango Custards Kulfi in the Popsicles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the Milk...Ruffle it from the height to create some froth in it- This enables the milk to be enough aerated
* Step 2
Add in the measured sugar in it and mix everything well together until nicely combined & the sugar is completely dissolved in it & well blended...Refer to the pics, down below....👇🏻
* Step 3
Once done lower the flame to the lowest - Add in the prepared Mango purée to it & give it all a really good mix - keep on stirring to keep it warm enough...
* Step 4
Alternatively, remove it from the heat for sometime, allow it to cool down a bit & then again, put it back on to the oven, over the medium-low flame & keep on stirring it occasionally
* Step 5
Meanwhile, in a blender jar: Add in cut mangoes & blend it to a smooth purée with a nice sheen in it & without any lumps & ensure not to use a single drop of water
* Step 6
In a small mixing bowl: Add in the Custard Powder & the measured milk to be mixed with it, until it becomes a smooth & lump free mixture
* Step 7
Keep the Kulfi/Popsicle moulds ready & handy...for its later use, once the Custard is prepared & done
* Step 8
Now, with one hand pour in the custard-milk into the milk saucepan & stir in continuously & vigorously with the other- ensuring it’s completely lump-free & free flowing
* Step 9
Refer to the pics down below...👇🏻 Also, now is the good time to add in the finely chopped mangoes or the tutti-fruity in it (I’ve used the latter for an evident change)
* Step 10
Mix everything well together until nicely combined and well incorporated into its entirety....
* Step 11
Transfer it to the ready kulfi/popsicles moulds...& let it refrigerate as is for at least, for about 4-6 hrs or best is overnight...to be relished absolutely chilled & refreshing 💁🏻♀️
