Ingredient
Food ration :

500-700 gms
Watermelon: Cut into Cubes/Bite sized pieces
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/2 Cup
Black & Green: Pitted Olives
1 tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsps
EVOO
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash & Cut the watermelon into the bite sized pieces & then refrigerate it for about 1-2 hrs time in order to retain its watery juices in itself, as much is possible
* Step 2
Now, in another big mixing bowl: Add in the aforesaid rest all other ingredients one by one...And, give it all a really good mix until nicely combined & well incorporated
* Step 3
Cut the Feta into smaller bite sized pieces/cubes & once all are given a nice mix altogether- Now, is the time to mix very gently (quite a few of that will automatically get smashed in the process of mixing), that’s perfectly alright
* Step 4
Once it’s all done: Time to serve it into the serving platter from the mixing bowl- Garnish, the way you feel like....(it doesn’t require any garnish as such), since it’s normally looks absolutely colourful & deliciously fragrant
* Step 5
