Chaga chocolate chunks
Like a chocolate bark but a bit richer because of the tahini.
Needs to be kept in the fridge.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a double boiler, melt the coconut oil. And then add the tahini and coconut nectar/ equivalent.
* Step 2
Take off the heat. Add the mushroom extracts and cacao and mix well.
* Step 3
On a lined tray, pour out the chocolate into a layer. Sprinkle on the nuts and salt.
* Step 4
Put in fridge until set. Enjoy 😋
