Calming Spiced Milk

Or chai tea without the tea 😁This was recommended to me by an Ayurveda doctor as vata-pacifying. So it’s a soothing version of chai tea and without the black tea. I forgot to take photos but it looks like beige milk 😆

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the milk and water.

* Step 2

Add the spices.

* Step 3

Simmer on a low heat for about 10 mins.

* Step 4

Strain. Add your sweetener of choice and enjoy 😋
