Za’atar salad (can be vegan)

If Fattoush and Greek salad had a love child...💖 Using up a bunch of stuff and made this fresh, crunchy salad that’s strong on flavour. If you have some pita bread, toast it and chop it into the salad. (I didn’t have any but i added some toasted pumpkin seeds.) Definitely let the dressing sink into the salad for at least 30mins - makes a big difference 😋 #salad #saladcontest

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.

* Step 2

Add the herbs.

* Step 3

Make the dressing. Pour over the salad. Stir and let it sit for 30 mins (or more) so all the flavours meld.

Add the feta. Sprinkle generously with za’atar. Add the pita/ seeds if you’re using. Enjoy 😋
