* Step 1
Subse phele aloo ko wash kar k cube me cut kar lein aur gobhi ko namak walay pani me kuch dair dip kar k wash kar k cut kar lein.

Ab ek pateeli me oil add karen aur lehsan ko golden karen phir pyaz ko golden karen aur zeera add kar k fry karen.
* Step 3
Tomatoes aur baki k spices siwaye black pepper k add kar k bhone k tomatoes soft hojayen.

Ab aloo aur gobhi ko dal k mix karen ache se aur half cup pani dal k cover kar k galnay tak paka lein.
* Step 5
Jab aloo aur gobhi gal jaye to black pepper powder,dhanya,hari mirch,adrak,lemon juice,dry methi leaves aur salt add kar k ache se mix kar k bhoon lein.
* Step 6
Mazedar aloo gobhi ko garam garam roti ya parathay k sath enjoy karen.
