Half cup
milk
7 tbsp
sugar
3/4 tbsp
corn flour
Few drops
vanilla essence
1 pack
ready made jelly
1 cup
water
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Half kg milk ko sugar dal k boil karen k sugar dissolve hojaye.
* Step 2
Ab half cup milk me corn flour,Vanilla essence aur yellow colour mix kar lein.
* Step 3
Milk me boil ajaye to ye mixture ahista ahista spoon chalatay hue add karen k custard thick hojaye. stove band kar k thora thanda hone dein.
* Step 4
Ready made jelly ko 1 cup pani me ready kar lein.aur phir small glass ko dal k set kar lein.
* Step 5
Phir uper ready kia custard dalien aur ache se thanda kar k serve karen.
