Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse phele kaleji ko ek kholay bartan me dal k us pe kuchla hua lehsan ache se laga k 15 min chor dein.

* Step 2

Pyaz ko boil kar k pani phaink dein aur blend kar lein.tomatoes ko b blend kar lein.

* Step 3

Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien aur pyaz k paste ko dal k bhone k uska pani dry hojaye.

* Step 4

Kaleji ko ache se wash kar lein aur chani me rakhe ta k pani nikal jaye.ab kaleji ko lehsan adrak k paste k sath pyaz k paste me dal k bhon lein.

* Step 5

Saray masalay aur tomatoes ka paste aur dahi dal k 3/4 min bhone aur halki anch pe 10/15 min cook kar lein.is se ziada cook karne se hard hojati hai.

* Step 6

Jab kaleji gal jaye to bhon lein aur salt add kar k mix kar k utar lein lemon juice add karen aur garam garam serve karen.
