Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dough k sub ingre ko mix karen siwaye pani k rub karen finger se crumbs se ban jayen phir pani add karte hue medium hard si dough bana lein r cover kar half hour chor dein.
* Step 2
Aloo ko mash kar lein r sub ingre dal k achi tarah se mix kar k filling ready kar lein.
* Step 3
Ab dough se chotay pairay bana lein r bail lein halka halka maida dust karte hue.center se cut kar lein.
* Step 4
Ab samosay ki shape dein r filling kar lein.corners pe pani laga k ache se band kar lein.
* Step 5
Oil ko ache se garam kar lein r phir medium flame pe fry kar lein ache se cook hojayen r golden hojaye to nikal lein r serve karen.
