#joy ye roti me jab b khati ya pakati hon to mje mere childhood days bht yad atay hain q ke jab b ye roti ammi pakati to ese lagta dawat hai q ke is ke sath dhair sari chutnies banti phir pardos me b di jati aur phopo's chachu's taya sub ikhtey hot aur hum sub mil ke enjoy kar ke khate.ab b esa hi hota hai but ab kuch log is dunya me nahi hai to bht yad atay hain....isi tarah nani ke han hota tha jab b pakti hum sub khala mamu ke sath enjoy karte to ye roti meri most fav hai... Enjoy karen.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ek bowl me sub ingre ko ek sath mix kar lein.

* Step 2

Ab thora thora pani add karen aur ghondhe pani ziada mat dalien warna patla hojayega.

* Step 3

10 min rest dein phir hatho pe oil laga ke thora again soft hands se ghonde aur half hour chor dein.

* Step 4

Ab normal size ke pairay bana lein aur dry atta laga ke bail lein.

* Step 5

Taway ko garam karen aur besan ki roti ko pakne dalien ek side cook hojaye thori to turn kar dein phir ache se dono side pe ghee laga lein aur 2 min cook kar ke utar lein.

* Step 6

Apni fav chuttnies ke sath enjoy karen...jinki besan ki roti achi nahi banti wo ek tip yad rakhien pyaz ki addition roti ko soft rakhti hai.
