Subse phele pateele ko koi b metal stand,katoori rakh ke medium flame 20 min preheat hone rakh dein.mold ko grease kar lein.

* Step 2

Ab Ek bowl me maida,baking powder r coco powder ko chan lein.

* Step 3

Ek bowl me eggs ko double hone tak beat karen phir sugar dal ke creamy hone tak beat kar lein.

* Step 4

Ab oil r ess dal ke mix karen r dry ingre ko thora thora egg mixture me dal ke fold karen.beat nahi karna hai.

* Step 5

Ab grease hue mold me mixture dal ke preheated pateele me rakhen r slow medium flame me 30/40 min bake kar lein.

* Step 6

Sponge ko thanda hone pe mold se nikalen r cut kar lein.phir whipping cream se jese chahen deco karen r enjoy karen.
