Subse phele bhindi ko wash kar lein r tail r head cut kar dein.dry hone dein.lambai me cut karen r seeds alag kar lein.

Ab ek bowl me bhindi dalien r sub ingre dry form me bhindi pe ache se lagayen phir thora sa pani add kar ke mix karen.

Garam oil me ache se crispy hone tak fry karen nikal ke uper chaat masala dalien r daal chawal,tematar ki chutni ke sath serve karen.
