Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Meat me saray masalay add kar k dahi k sath marinate kar k 2/3 hours chor dein.
* Step 2
Keep marinated meat in fridge.
* Step 3
Pateeli me oil dalien aur marinated meat ko dal lein.
* Step 5
Meat k uper boiled rice ki layer dein.
* Step 6
Uper brown pyaz aur hara masala aur food color dalien.
* Step 7
Dhakan ko ache se cover karen k heat bahar na nikle.taway ko phele se garam kar lein.pateeli ko taway pe rakh k 10 min taiz flame pe cook karen.aur phir dum wali flame pe 45 mins cook hone dein.
* Step 8
Pani ache se dry hojaye aur dum ajaye meat gal jaye to ache se mix karen.
