Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Take a pan on low flame. Add oil heated up add asafoetida, cumin seeds. Get spluttered add chopped onions. Get it light golden transparent.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes. Saute till it get smashed. Now add sprouted Moong. Mix it and cover it. Cook it for 5 mins.
* Step 4
Check moong is cooked now add salt and all masalas.
* Step 5
Add lemon juice. Mix it well.
* Step 6
Sprinkle Chopped coriander and serve. Have it with curd or mix Namkeen.
