Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Now start beating the batter with Ur hands so it get pluffy and airy.
* Step 3
For Curd: take curd in the pan. Whisk it properly. Add sugar, salt.
* Step 4
Temper it. Put small pan add oil, mustard seeds let it crackled add chopped green chilli. When green chilli get light golden add to curd. Mix it well
* Step 5
Get dates - termarind chutney ready. Get coriander spicy Chutney ready. And in big vessel add water and salt keep ready to soak the fried Vadas.
* Step 6
Now get ready for frying. Put kadhai on medium flame pour oil. When oil gets hot properly drop the required shaped Vadas by Ur hand in hot oil.
* Step 7
Fry it till Vadas get golden. Take-out in plate. After a min drop them in salted water. After 5 min Vadas will blow in western become soft.
* Step 8
Squeeze all water from the Vadas by Ur hand and put it in bowl. In same way make all Vadas and get ready. For Dahi Bhalle everything is ready. Vadas, curd, both Chutneys
* Step 9
Platting/Serving- take plate put 5-6 vadas, spread dates Chutney, green chutney.
* Step 10
Now spread curd, sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chat masala.
* Step 11
Spread some Chutneys and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve. It is super yummy plate. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
