Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a grinder jar add green chillies, Garlic pods, ginger, blanch spinach, water. Grind it in smooth paste.
* Step 2
Take a kneading plate add flour, salt, sesame seeds, oil mix it well.
* Step 3
Add the spinach paste and knead stiff dough. Put little oil and knead it again. Make equal parts of the dough. Make balls.
* Step 4
Take rolling pin and roll all the Puris.
* Step 5
Keep a pan/ kadhai on medium flame. Add oil let it get hot. Fry all Puris and serve with any achar or chutney or ketchup. Take along with picnic too enjoy with dear friends and family.
