Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add ghee on slow flame. Take flour keep a side. In a sauce pan add water and keep it for boiling.
* Step 2
Once the ghee get warm add the flour to it. Mix it well and start roasting.
* Step 3
Roast till it get light brown in colour. See that the water get boiled in sauce pan.
* Step 4
Now add hot water. Mix it well so it doesn't get crumbled.
* Step 5
Once all water get absorbed and get smooth add sugar to it. Add cardamom powder. Mix it well.
* Step 6
Keep stirring and let all sugar water dissolved. Sprinkle almond sieves.
* Step 7
Rajgara halwa is ready serve hot.
