Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Soak rice for 30 mins.
Then boil rice adding whole garam masala. Strain the water.
* Step 2
Cut paneer and saute in oil. Saute till golden brown. Add pinch of Haldi and Kashmiri Red chilli powder. Keep it aside.
* Step 3
Add ghee in kadai or wok. Put Ginger garlic paste. Add onions. Saute till transculent.
* Step 4
Now add vegetables and saute till it is cooked.
* Step 5
Add rice to it. And mix well.
* Step 6
Add all spices to it. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Now add paneer and cook mix slowly.
* Step 7
Paneer Pulao is ready..Garnish with Green coriander leaves and serve with Raita and Aachar.
