Sewiyan katori with Rabri

Ingredient

8 katoris

Cooking time :

45 to 60 mins
1 teaspoon

ghee

3 tablespoons

condensed milk

3/4 litre

full fat milk

4 teaspoons

milk powder

as required

Dryfruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take sewiyan crush them into small pieces.

* Step 2

Take non-stick pan add ghee and roast sewiyan. Keep the flame low. Roast them till you get the aroma of sewiyan.

Add 4 5 teaspoon tablespoons of water so that sewiyan gets soft.

Add condensed milk and mix well. Switch of the flame.

Grease the pan keep the cling film and fill the cups before it gets cold. Press it with the spoon.

Let it set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

For Rabdi. Take a pan add milk and let it boil till the quantity is reduced to one fourth.

Add saffron, milk powder, sugar and Elaichi powder and mix well. After 2 3 mins switch of the flame and add dryfruits.

Take out in a bowl and let it come to room temperature. Refrigerate it for 2 3 hours.

Now while serving take out the sewiyan cups fill it rabdi. Garnish with dryfruits and serve cold.
