Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl. Add all vegetables.
* Step 2
To it add Dahi and jowar atta. Mix well.
* Step 3
Add little water and make thick batter.
* Step 4
Heat non-stick pan. Brush with oil. Put the batter on pan. Cover it for 2 to 3 mins. Keep the flame low. Flip the side and cook in on other side.
* Step 5
Like wise make all the uttapam in similar manner.
* Step 6
Serve hot uttapam with green chutney. Everyone in your family will relish.
