Chicken Salami

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean chicken pieces. Take a grinder and put all the ingredients into it except green olives.
* Step 3
Now take out the mixture and add olives and mix gently.
* Step 4
Keep water for boiling. Now take the mixture and give the shape of cylinder and wrap it well in Aluminium foil. Wrap it like toffee (as shown in pics)
* Step 5
Put this foil in boiling water. Boil it for 15 mins on high flame and cover it. Foil should be covered with water. And 15 mins switch off the gas and leave it for another 10 to 15 mins.
* Step 6
Take out the foil slowly and keep it on grill so that it cools down completely.
* Step 7
After it cools down open the foil and cut the log into pieces.
* Step 8
Serve guilt free snack and enjoy with your family.
