Ingredient

Food ration :

For 15 kebabs
100 grams

Soyabean Chunks

50 grams

Chana Dal

2-3 tablespoon

breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon

tandoori Masala

1/2 teaspoon

Garam Masala powder

1/2 teaspoon

Amchur Powder

1/2 teaspoon

Jeera Powder

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Soyabean Chunks and Chana Dal for one hour.

* Step 2

Squeeze all water from soyabeans.

Boil Chana dal and strain all water from it.

* Step 4

Now take this mixture in a bowl. Now add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, tandoori Masala, zeera powder, garam masala, boiled potatoes, breadcrumbs, salt, Red Chilli Powder, coriander leaves, green chillies and mix well.

Now Mix this all well and make dough.

Now shape them into desired shape.

Keep the frying pan and put some oil. Now shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown.

Now serve them hot with chutney.
