Sambaram / Spiced Buttermilk

Ingredient

1 cup

- Water

1 small sprig

Curry leaves -

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Water to curd and whisk well.(You can use blender instead of hand whisk).

* Step 2

Add in chopped curry leaves, ginger, green chillies and salt.

* Step 3

Whisk it well. Serve chilled!!!
