Hamburger and Rice

Was at work and had to make lunch for my client and came up with this from his fridge!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop veggies and add to pan with butter,saute vegs,add ground beef cook till no longer pink,add broth.

* Step 2

Cook rice and add to meat mixture. Add cheese,stir till melted

* Step 3

Serve with Biscuits or Cornbread
