Maryland Crabcakes

A simple crab cake recipe that really works without being fancy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and form into sand dollar sized morsels. Set a nice sized pan with oil on medium high at least 350° degrees. Dust the crab morsels in the Wondra flour shake off excess and fry them until golden brown. Set aside on a blanket of paper towels. Repeat. You can freeze these for three months like I do. I'll post a recipe of remoulade to compliment this recipe. Good luck!
