Beef & Garlic Kebabs
The super hot temperature of the grill gives these kebabs a nice even sear, creates soft & buttery garlic, and each bite is like a tiny whole steak. Truly beautiful. No marinade needed!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water.
* Step 2
Cut steak into cubes, about the size of a good bite of steak.
* Step 4
Skewer steak and garlic, alternating between the two (being careful not to split the cloves or stab a finger). I usually start with two pieces of steak, then alternate. Leave enough room for tongs to grab skewer for turning.
* Step 5
Lay out finished skewers on sheet pan, brush with vegetable oil to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
* Step 6
Grill on HOT grill until garlic have softened and become golden brown, and steak is cooked to preferred doneness.
* Step 7
Remove and rest in loose foil for a few minutes so juices redistribute through the meat.
