My husband and I discovered this sandwich at a deli in Harlem NY.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put oil on med\high heat in skillet.
* Step 2
Saute onion and green pepper until tender.
* Step 3
Put ground turkey in pan and brown.
* Step 4
After ground turkey is done put cheese sauce in pan and stir until everything is pan is nice and cheesy.
* Step 6
Spread mayo and ketchup on bun. Put cheesy goodness in on bread and enjoy.
