Baked Artichoke

#mycookbook #vegetarian I was looking for a recipe with no breadcrumbs and made this, I really like the flavor :)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°

* Step 2

Cut top of of artichoke and trim the points off. Rub lemon over cut part of artichoke. Season with salt and pepper

* Step 3

In a bowl add garlic, oil, lemon juice, parsley and cheese season with salt and pepper, stir

* Step 4

Place artichoke in a piece of tin foil, and pour garlic mixture over artichoke. Wrap artichoke in the foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. ENJOY!!
