Easy Frittata for 1

easy & delicious;)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º

* Step 2

Spray cooking spray into pan, heat to medium low

* Step 3

Place egg & egg whites into a bowl

* Step 4

Add onions & spinach cook til onions are translucent

* Step 5

Add diced Canadian bacon, cook 2-3 minutes

* Step 6

season with salt & pepper to taste, add oregano whisk eggs

* Step 7

Cook eggs just til bottom sets

* Step 8

Add shredded cheese

* Step 9

Place in oven for 10 minutes

* Step 10
