Egg & Rice Kimchi bowls πŸ’œ

I love the spicy taste of kimchi and the Eggs with the runny yolk. I made it for my bestie and she loved it too πŸ’œ

Ingredient

1 cup

rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook rice to package directions. In another bowl chopped up some green onions and some kimchi if pieces are too big.

* Step 2

In small heated skillet add your eggs (which ever way you make some eggs, I made sunny side up cause I was in the mood for.) add cheese if desired

* Step 3

In medium bowl add, the cooked rice, the eggs with cheese. Add in the rice vinegar and sesame oil. Top if off more cheese and the chopped spring onions, and sesame seeds

* Step 4

Enjoy!
