Light chickpea tomato stew

Spontaneous recipe based on taste. Feel free to use whatever you have and make your own version.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 3 servings
to taste

Salt

to taste

Cumin

to taste

Basil

to taste

Oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook chickpeas. Pressure cook: soak overnight, cook 3 whistles.

* Step 2

Blend tomatoes/cut into cubes/both.

* Step 3

Add tomatoes, chickpeas, garlic to a pot, and bring to a low boil.

* Step 4

Add in veggies if desired.

* Step 5

Add chickpea water if needed.

* Step 6

Simmer until a thicker consistency is reached.

* Step 7

Add in spices to taste.
