BYG's Na-cho Nachos

This is an idea my husband came up with one night while having a late snack. I saw his vision and made it happen. Everyone loves this bar snack. Just be sure to make enough, or someone will be yelling, "these are na-cho nachos"!

Ingredient

Lime

1/2

Lemon

1/2-1 Cup

Cilantro

1 Tbsp

Kosher Salt

1.25 lb

Ground Beef

1 1/2 pack

Taco seasoning

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, prepare the pico de gallo and refrigerate. I used Jose Lara's recipe but modified it a bit.

* Step 2

Brown & season Ground Beef, drain, and follow instructions on Taco seasoning pack.

* Step 3

Serve toppings over Nacho cheese Doritos
