Peanut butter cookies that made this time lil bit different with western peanut butter cookies. So easy and so melted in the mouth. And so yummy for sure π

500 grams
ground peanuts
800 grams
all-purpose flour
350 grams
white ground sugar
400 grams
cooking oil
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
vanilla extract
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 350Β°F.
* Step 2
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix it well around 2 - 5 mnt.
* Step 3
Flatten dough using roller pin, approximately 0,5 cm. Dust it use dry flour if too sticky to the roller pin.
* Step 4
Cut using cookie cutter. Place on to baking pan
* Step 5
Bake around 10 mnt. Or Depends on thickness flatten dough.
* Step 6
After golden brown remove from the oven. Let it cold, then put in the container.
* Step 7
Cookies would so soft after come out from the oven, so better waiting until cold and ready to place.
