* Step 1
Optional: Heat a pan over medium heat. Toast pine nuts until they turn slightly brown. This takes around 3 - 5 minutes
* Step 2
Place 200 g of spinach in a large bowl (cut down), add 1 cut avocado, 2 pieces of chicken (already cooked, cut into small cubes), 2 tomatoes, 2 green chilli peppers and around 75 g of goat cheese (cut into small pieces). Optionally, you may also add the pine nuts.
* Step 3
Drizzle in small quantities of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle parsley, chilli powder
