Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown ground turkey/beef and season following directions on taco seasoning package
* Step 2
Prepare Mexican rice as directed on package and warm up refried beans in sauce pan
* Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/4 cup beans on tortilla, add 1/2 cup of rice and heaping 1/3 cup of turkey/beef. Roll up tightly and place in glass 9×13 baking pan. Repeat to remaining tortillas
* Step 4
Pour enchilada sauce over all tortillas, then cover liberally with cheese.
* Step 5
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly
