Pressure Cooker Pot Pie Soup

(actually the thick gooey center of a Pot Pie)

Ingredient

baking soda

2% milk

.33 cup

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

8 quart Electric pressure cooker add 2 cups broth to bottom of cooker. Than add trivet

* Step 2

Added 7 chicken lag quarters. Set unit for high pressure for 20 minutes. Use natural release method for 15 min before opening.

* Step 3

While chicken is cooking add all dry biscuit ingredients to bowl. Cut in soften butter. Mix in milk and cheese and let sit until vegetables have cooked for around 5 minutes.

* Step 4

When chicken is done and sat for natural release. Remove chicken to bowl allow to cool. Once cooled some, remove bones and shred.

* Step 5

Add remaining 6 cups broth to pot. Also add mixed vegetables. Turn pot to saute and cook vegetables for around 5 minutes till liquid is at a rolling boil.

* Step 6

Add dollps of biscuit batter to rolling liquid. Stir in until mixture thickens

* Step 7

Add chicken and serve.
