Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a large sauce pan, saute beef, onions, green peppers, and garlic for 5 minutes or until beef is browned
* Step 3
Stir in tomatoes, rice, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning.
* Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in half the cheese
* Step 5
Dump mixture into a deep baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
